What previous clients said:
Na: You have changed lives in all the ways that Peace At Home strives to do. The descriptions of the changes in relationships and the changes in how your participants experience and engage with the world were dazzling to me. It is what we are all about and you have achieved it with such grace and enthusiasm. Thank you so very much for sharing your gifts and talents with us and for carrying out our mission so effectively. As a parenting educator and as the founder of Peace At Home, I am pretty accustomed to glowing feedback, but accomplishing what you did with a course of such duration and importance is truly inspiring.

Tea Talk
One-on-One Mindfulness-Based Dialogue and Inquiry Sessions
Before I started building my career and family in the United States, there were many things I didn’t know that I would have to navigate as a first-generation immigrant, the only-child of two traditional Chinese parents, and a wife and mother living in multiple cultures at the same time.
I often found myself figuring things out as I went. Looking back, I wish I had had someone who understands my situations and guide me in ways that empower me. Not someone who gives me general advice that did not fit my situations.
Two years ago, I found my mentor who inspired me to trust in my inner power. I learned from him how to guide Dialogue and Inquiry.
I want to help others too, especially those who are less experienced but don’t trust themselves. I want to help them to learn to trust themselves.
I especially welcome current and prospective first-generation Chinese immigrants in the U.S. who may be navigating questions about parenting, supporting aging parents, and navigating multicultural or multigenerational family relationships.
I believe that each person has their unique circumstances and they deserve to be supported to reach their full potential. Not being told by others what they should do or choose.

Tea Talks are online only. One hour per session.
I offer a sliding fee scale so that you can choose the rate that best fits your circumstances:
$100 — Student rate
$150 — Professional rate
$200 — Supporter rate
Choosing the supporter rate will help me continue offering a lower rate to students.
